Arrogant and proud to a fault, this man was once a gang leader in Midgar. In fact, it was his self-confident attitude that instilled enough faith and trust in his fellow gang members to make him their leader when he was 18. Among other unsavory pasttimes, he spent much of his young life involved in battles with rival gangs, theivery, and other criminal activities.
Having never truly tasted defeat, his own ego was nearly his downfall. While brazenly breaking into Shinra's parking garage to steal a motorcycle, he was captured and arrested by Reno. Upon seeing that he possessed several useful skills, Veld, the leader of the Turks, offered him a place in their ranks. Realizing that perhaps he was not as invincible as he'd thought, he accepted and set his sights on becoming the best of the best, aspiring for eventual leadership of the Turks.
Highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat, he uses a rod-like weapon similar to Reno's in battle. He also has some mechanical talent, being able to repair small engines, such as those found on motorbikes.
