At one time, this man was a bodyguard to Don Corneo, a powerful figure who lived in Wall Market, deep in the Midgar slums. Eventually, however, he grew to dislike the growing political nature of underworld politics that Don Corneo was enveloped in. Therefore, when he was offered position among Shinra's Turks, he eagerly accepted, knowing that with them, he could truly put his skills to the test.
Weilding a pair of handguns, his rapid fire is also surprisingly accurate. It has been said that by the time you saw his guns, you were already dead. Though his skilled marksmanship cannot be denied, and his professional, cool-headed attitude could rival even Tseng's, after so long working in Midgar's criminal underworld, he has a tendancy of doing things "his" way rather than working together with the other members of his team... which, more often than not, ends in less than ideal results during missions.
