Square Enix Confirm 18 Character Classes For Launch Of Final Fantasy XIV

September 30th is the date for the global launch of Final Fantasy XIV and there has been much speculation as to the umber of character classes the MMO will contain.
Square Enix have revealed that 18 classes will be available on the launch day, including seven combat classes and eleven that specialize in gathering and crafting.

Those looking forward to Square Enix and their next effort on bringing the magic of Final Fantasy online in the form of Final Fantasy XIV might not have to wait that long anymore.
It is being reported that the game is set for release on the PC this coming September 22nd for the Collectors Edition, costing $74.99 and the Standard Edition will release on September 30th for the price of $49.99.
