Final Fantasy Now On Virtual Console

The very first Final Fantasy game has been made available on the Virtual Console by Square Enix for your nostalgic pleasure.
It is the original NES version and was already downloadable in Japan since May, and now its appeared on the Wii service in America since October 5th.
Silconera report that it doesnt contain the MP system that was included in Final Fantasy Origins and auto targeting.
The cost will be 500 Wii points or 5 dollars.

Four Warriors of Light Tokyo Game Show Trailer

The Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden is an upcoming game for the Nintendo DS, and is a spinoff game from the Final Fantasy series.
The basic plot of the game follows a 14 year old boy, named Brand, who is summoned by the king to rescue to rescue a princess. It is described by Producer Tomoya Asano as"a classic fantasy RPG using today's technology."

New Trailer For Final Fantasy XIII

Square Enix revealed a new trailer for Final Fantasy XIII at the Tokyo Game Show and have uploaded it to the official site for the game.
Naturally, Square Enix placed an embargo on websites showing the TGS trailer before, but now its on the official site, those who couldnt go to the Show or wait in the long lines, can now see for themselves.

The Tokyo Game Show certainly has revealed a lot regarding Square Enix and their upcoming games.
Final Fantasy XIII is just a few months away from release in Japan and trailers, gameplay clips and images will be more forthcoming.
Gamersyde website have some excellent quality gameplay clips from the 'Snow' and 'Lightning' demo's.

Voice Over Actors For Final Fantasy XIII

A few voice over actors have been rumoured for the Japanese and English versions of Final Fantasy XIII, and while Square Enix havent officially confirmed this IMDB and other sites seem pretty sure.
According to Split Screen website, via IMDB, Snow will be voiced by Zach Hanks and Daisuke Ono. Hanks has voiced Lars in Brutal Legend and Captain MacMillian from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, among other things. Ono has appeared in a number of animes including Minami-ke and Air tv.
