Kingdom Hearts Franchise Sells 10 Million

Buena Vista games and Square Enix have announced that their Kingdom Hearts franchise of games have passed the 10 million barrier worldwide, solidifying its place as one of the top game series in the world: “When we first started developing Kingdom Hearts, we never imagined we would pass the 10 million mark so quickly,” said series producer Shinji Hashimoto. “We are delighted and extremely grateful for the support from our fans around the globe. We hope to continue to provide games which fulfill your anticipation in the future.” Heres a breakdown of the sales figures: * KINGDOM HEARTS (North American Release: September 1st, 2002, PlayStation 2) o Japan: Over 1.5 million o North America: Over 3.0 million o Europe & PAL: Over 1.1 million * KINGDOM HEARTS: Chain of Memories (December 7th, 2004, Game Boy Advance) o Japan: Over 0.4 million o North America: Over 0.9 million o Europe & PAL: Over 0.2 million * KINGDOM HEARTS II (March 28 th, 2006, PlayStation 2) o Japan: Over 1.1 million o North America: Over 1.7 million o Europe & PAL: Over 0.7 million I wonder if it includes the Final Mix of the original?
