Famitsu have brought together executive producer Yoshinori Kitase, producer Hideki Imaizumi, director Hajime Tabata, and character designer Tetsuya Nomura for an interview regarding Final Fantasy Crisis Core, which is released on the 13th.
They talk about the development of Crisis Core and also touch upon a subject that is continually persistant among Final Fantasy fans- a FFVII remake.

Final Fantasy VII has always been one of the great SE games that fans come together and talk about, replay over and over again and has spawned spinoff games and even a movie.

Tetsuya Nomura has spoken to Japanese gaming magazine Dorimaga and issued a direct denial that an FFVII remake is on the way. IGN have some choice comments from the interview which you can see below and read the full article at the source link.

Square Enix have released some new scans today regarding Crisis Core courtesy of Dengeki and Famitsu, via the French website Jeux France. This Action/RPG as everyone knows will put the player in control of Zack with the ability to use powerful attacks by uniquely using his memories. According to reports, it is 70% complete and there will be a new Demo at the Square Enix Party 2007 in May.
