Square Enix have released their worldwide sales figures for the fiscal year, which ended on March 31st.
Looking at the figures, and the picture, you can see how well their games did across the regions and it seems that remakes bear the brunt of the figures.
The Dragon Quest V remake is the best seller, which came out on the DS, with Dissidia: Final Fantasy the second best- although an original property it contains a plethora of figures from many Final Fantasy installments.

The official blog for the Chrono Trigger DS game has been updated to reveal more of the Arena mode which will be included within the game.
The Arena of Ages will allow you to adopt, train and battle monsters to gain new items (usable in the main quest). You can also battle your friends in this multiplayer zone too.
Arena is selectable at the Title Menu and characters are at the stable to offer advice when you select it, or they will register you for battle, sell you items for your monster ... |

The Japanese official site for the game has been updated with some new content- focusing on the new content that will appear in the game.
Siliconera recommend that when you travel to the official site that you click on system at the bottom of the page to get to the new content section where youll be faced with clips of :

Chrono Trigger DS Coming November 25th To The USBy Zapp Brannigan 711 days ago
A more definitive release date has been announced for Chrono Trigger DS, according to Siliconera website, it'll be hitting the US this November 25th.
It seems that it wont just be a direct port either, as there are now brand new dungeons (ie more than one) that will be explorable and that there will be some sort of Arena Mode, which Siliconera speculate could be the new wireless mode meaning Player v Player.
Yasunori Mitsuda, composer for the game, had this to say:

Chrono Trigger, coming to the Nintendo DS system, will be released across PAL territories early 2009 Square Enix have announced today.
John Yamamoto, president and chief executive officer of SquareEnix Ltd, had this to say regarding the announcement:
